MENTOR PROGRAM  - Coming Soon...

The Mentor Program is designed to guide individuals deeper in their faith journey through meaningful relationships, biblical insight, and shared experiences within the Ultimate Bible Champions League (UBCL).

At its core, this program pairs experienced individuals with those seeking growth - creating opportunities for encouragement, teaching, and connection rooted in the example of Jesus.

As a mentor, you step into a role of influence and impact. You are not only supporting players during gameplay, but also helping them understand how biblical principles apply to everyday life. Through conversation, strategy, and shared experiences, mentors help transform each game into a moment of spiritual growth.

This role is ideal for those who feel called to lead, teach, and invest in others. As a mentor, you will:

  • Answer questions and provide biblical insight

  • Guide players in both game strategy and life application

  • Foster strong, intergenerational relationships

  • Encourage spiritual growth through meaningful interaction

  • Help create a supportive, faith-centered environment

Mentors play a vital role in strengthening the overall community. By walking alongside others, you help build confidence, deepen understanding, and create lasting connections rooted in faith and fellowship.

You can serve by joining an existing club or league, or by forming your own team within your organization or community. Mentors work closely with ambassadors to connect with players seeking guidance and to help grow local participation.

If there is not yet an ambassador in your area, you may have the opportunity to step into that role as well - helping establish both leadership and mentorship within your community.

There is no cost to become a mentor - only a willingness to guide, serve, and invest in others.

Anyone can be a Mentor.

Take the next step.

Become a mentor and help shape lives, strengthen faith, and build community -one relationship at a time.

Stronger Together: Ambassador + Mentor Impact

The Ambassador and Mentor Programs are designed to work hand in hand, creating a structured and thriving environment within the UBCL.

  • Ambassadors focus on outreach—bringing people in and building communities

  • Mentors focus on growth—guiding individuals within those communities

Together, they create a powerful cycle of connection and discipleship:

  • Expanding participation through community engagement

  • Deepening faith through intentional guidance

  • Strengthening organizations through leadership development

Through these programs, churches, groups, and organizations can become part of a larger network—connected beyond location and united in purpose. The result is a growing movement of faith-centered communities built on fellowship, learning, and shared experience.

Mentor Guide: Becoming a Mentor in the UBCL

Are you someone with knowledge or leadership skills that you'd like to share? Becoming a mentor in the UBCL could be the perfect way to make a meaningful impact. Here is  how you can get started and ways you can make a real life impact on others by playing in our Christian gaming league

Why Become a Mentor?

Becoming a mentor in the UBCL is more than a role - it’s an opportunity to lead, serve, and make a lasting impact in the lives of others while growing in your own faith.

Step Into Leadership

If you have a heart to guide others and share your knowledge - especially in biblical understanding and spiritual growth - mentorship is a natural next step. As a mentor, you move beyond participation and into influence.

You can:

  • Join an existing team or mentor individuals one-on-one

  • Be available as a general mentor for those seeking guidance

  • Form and lead your own team within a club or league

  • Help others understand both gameplay strategy and real-life application of biblical principles

Mentors are leaders who help shape both the experience and the direction of those around them.

Make a Lasting Impact

Mentors play a vital role in helping others grow - spiritually, relationally, and personally. Through guidance, encouragement, and example, you help others strengthen their faith and confidence.

Your impact includes:

  • Supporting spiritual growth and biblical understanding

  • Helping players succeed in both the game and their personal journey

  • Being a positive influence and role model

  • Inspiring the next generation of leaders

The investment you make in others creates results that extend far beyond the game.

Grow While You Lead

Mentorship is not only about pouring into others- it also strengthens you.

As a mentor, you will:

  • Deepen your own faith through teaching and discussion

  • Strengthen your leadership and communication skills

  • Build meaningful, lasting relationships across generations

  • Experience personal fulfillment through serving others

Often, the mentor grows just as much as those they guide.

Strengthen the Community

Mentors are essential to building a strong, connected UBCL environment. By fostering relationships and encouraging participation, you help create a culture of unity, fellowship, and growth.

You contribute by:

  • Encouraging involvement and engagement within your organization

  • Bridging generational gaps and fostering understanding

  • Building team unity and camaraderie

  • Supporting the overall growth and success of the UBCL

Your presence helps turn a group of players into a thriving community.

Get Started

Getting involved is simple:

  • Register as a mentor (free of charge)

  • Connect with a local ambassador or leadership team

  • Begin guiding individuals or forming your own team

Pastors, youth leaders, and individuals with a desire to serve are especially encouraged to step into this role - but ultimately:

Anyone can be a Mentor.

Final Thought

Mentorship is about legacy.

It’s about investing in people, strengthening faith, and building something that lasts. Through your guidance, you help shape lives, develop leaders, and grow a community rooted in Christ.

Step forward. Lead with purpose.
Become a mentor and make an impact that goes far beyond the game.
